Swimsafer, a new National Water Safety programme, is designed to teach your child the most important skill they will ever need - swimming in a fun and safe way.
The six stages progressive programme will help children of all ages and abilities develop water safety and swimming skills at their own pace through a positive, fun learning experience.
All our Swimmax programme participants who have gained the confidence and foundation of elementary swimming skills with us, will be coached and challenged to achieve these awards.
The Singapore Swimming Proficiency Awards (SSPA) is to provide the progression for swimming after SwimSafer and to raise the level of proficiency.
These awards is structured base on a swimmer's ability to swim any of the four recognised strokes in compliance with FINA rules for competitive swimming.
A total of 20 certificates and badges to be attained. In completion of level 1,2 or 3, the swimmer has an option to purchase a RAINBOW certificate and badge.
